Monitor & Deployment Console

The Deployment Module allows you to create the executable installation file for a single Group. This file can be uploaded on to your web site or emailed to customers for installation. Within the Deployment module it is possible to change a number of features according to different users’ requirements. Thus you may create several executable installation files, if you require more than one Group. Deployment features include:

o When backups should take place.
o Maximum time before automatic backup.
o Inclusion of specific directories and files.
o Default filters for file type inclusion/exclusion.
o Size of backup – individual storage allocation.
o Network Connection parameters.

Your Backup Monitor Console allows you to provide high levels of customer service to your customer base. View and manage your customer accounts with features including:

o Highlights when users attempt to backup more data than
their allocated storage limit.
o Highlights when an account is approaching its storage limit.
o Facility to increase the storage limit.
o Facility to upgrade the account.
o Facility to enable/disable an account and monitor backups.
o Facility to export data for reporting or billing purposes
